Can I make holes in the walls?
Do not drill or make holes in the walls. You can attach small paintings to the walls with board hooks. The hooks must be left in place when moving. Wall surface repairs or other modifications, such as plastering, are not permitted.
How do I get a parking space/
a sauna shift?
Parking spaces and sauna shifts are reserved through the hosting office. The building company invoices the parking space like other sauna etc. fees directly from the resident. Only the water fee is paid to the landlord in connection with the rent.
How do I act in the event of an error?
The landlord will inspect the apartment at the end of the rental agreement to ensure that no damages have occurred (excluding normal wear and tear). The tenant is responsible for covering the costs of any necessary repairs.
Is it allowed to have a pet in the apartment?
Pets must always be agreed separately with the landlord. In most scenarios pets are prohibited in the rental agreement.
